Solvecube hosted a masterclass at the Etisalat Academy Auditorium that brought together 40 CHROs, senior HR leaders, founders, directors, and industry practitioners to explore the future of Human Capital Management and AI-driven HCM transformation. Together we examined what pragmatic AI adoption across HCM looks like, with Solvecube leading discussions on how organizations globally are using AI to run their businesses.

We explored how UAE companies can leverage AI across HCM strategy, workforce planning, skills assessment and workforce intelligence, as well as to ensure fairness, objectivity, equitable hiring, expert validation, and strong quality controls in people practices.

Participants emphasized the importance of implementable, outcome-driven AI solutions rather than conceptual frameworks. Networking discussions highlighted the growing need for skills-based hiring and the challenges in sourcing local talent.

HR leaders also expressed strong interest in strengthening DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive hiring pathways, prompting questions about how Solvecube’s AI Global Hiring platform currently supports these goals.
