Backing the tech team with his HCM expertise he builds dynamic and innovative people solutions that align with business needs. On the forefront of revenue generation (he is Solvecube’s best sales person!) and client engagement, he brings in the market intelligence needed for product evolution and expansion.

Akshaya drives the Technology strategy for the SolveCube platform and has led its evolution to deliver functionality that our clients expect from it – a customer experience to create intuitive usability, an underlying stable technology architecture that is fit for growth, and cybersecurity architecture that keeps customer information secure and protected.

As Chief Business Officer, Farida’s role involves balancing between nurturing top-line growth and ensuring bottom-line health. A journey marked by collaborative efforts in leveraging AI for talent solutions and fostering meaningful partnerships, she remains steadfast on contributing to SolveCube’s larger goal of building a diverse expert network and facilitating global connections, with an eye towards sustainable, responsible growth.
Meenakshi Kaul
VP - Talent Acquisition
Meenakshi drives the full spectrum of Executive Search activities for senior to mid-level talent in the GCC region. She ably partners with leaders in the organizations’ to track ongoing hiring needs of their business. She drives the team to exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill; cost per hire; diversity hiring; and candidate experience. She was deeply involved in designing the Solvecube flagship ROD (Recruiter on Demand) assessment program for talent acquisition specialists.
Mahboob Hussain
Head, Platform Technology
Mahboob is a hands on technologist managing SolveCube’s application development, product roadmap, including technology evaluation and adaptation. He contributes to the SDLC process, its integration with partner APIs; in-house software development for intelligent document parsing and generation; AI enabled matching & ranking engine and resume generation. He spearheaded the implementation and overhaul of the Solvecube platform’s presentation layer with new UX / UI.
Deepa Chandrasekhar
Head Product & Communication
Deepa thinks and strengthens Solvecube with her alternate perspectives and rich entrepreneurial experience. She participated in conceptualizing Solvecube’s AI platform and supports the team on diverse tasks from legal document vetting, ideating new products and product enhancements, to translating thoughts into written words. She spearheaded digital marketing, co-led brand refresh and contributed to UI UX enhancements.
Deepak Rajasekar
Partner & Director, India
An experienced HR professional, Deepak, co-created Solvecube’s HCM diagnostic tools, ice.cube and p.three, along with Chandru Pingali. A Global Talent Management leader, he provided expertise to define the parameters for Solvecube AI platform’s matching engine and Solvecube score. Apart from overseeing India operations, he manages a team of RMs’ to deliver talent acquisition solutions, regionally, for Solvecube’s clients.
