On the forefront of revenue generation (he is Solvecube’s best sales person!) and client engagement, he brings in the market intelligence needed for product evolution and expansion.

In his role as Chief Business Officer at Solvecube, Sandeep focuses on leveraging his 25 years of experience in leading workforce transformation and in building, scaling, and transforming businesses across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and North America to help organizations utilize AI, workforce intelligence, and talent ecosystems to address critical talent challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

As Chief Technology Officer, Amit spearheads Solvecube’s technology evolution and strategy to deliver cutting-edge Agentic AI Human Capital Management (HCM) products that revolutionize the way HCM and Talent Acquisition products are delivered—products that seamlessly blend Agentic AI with the Solvecube team’s HCM expertise, a customer experience that creates intuitive usability, and an underlying stable technology architecture that is fit for growth and innovation. He works closely with the HCM expert team blending human capital practices with smart, purposeful technology.

Mahboob is the Business Technologist at Solvecube. He executes projects that serve the HCM technology needs of Solvecube’s clients. He is an expert in niche talent search, working alongside businesses using the platform’s intelligence and analytics to match clients with qualified purple-unicorn professionals. He contributes significantly to technology product research and process innovation.

As COO of Solvecube, Uma drives operations, client delivery, and compliance. With 30 years in global financial services and a Professional Doctorate from EIU Paris, she brings deep expertise in regulatory transformation, KYC/CLM, and digital change. Whether it’s a technical plan, a regulatory framework, an operational overhaul or day-to-day management, she leads Solvecube with the same diligence and accuracy.

Meenakshi drives the full spectrum of Executive Search activities for senior to mid-level talent in the GCC region. She ably partners with leaders in the organizations’ to track ongoing hiring needs of their business. She drives the team to exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill; cost per hire; diversity hiring; and candidate experience. She was deeply involved in designing the Solvecube flagship ROD (Recruiter on Demand) assessment program for talent acquisition specialists.

Deepa thinks and strengthens Solvecube with her alternate perspectives and rich entrepreneurial experience. She participated in conceptualizing Solvecube’s AI platform and supports the team on diverse tasks from legal document vetting, ideating new products and product enhancements, to translating thoughts into written words. She spearheaded digital marketing, co-led brand refresh and contributed to UI UX enhancements.

An experienced HR professional, Deepak, co-created Solvecube’s HCM diagnostic tools, ice.cube and p.three, along with Chandru Pingali. A Global Talent Management leader, he provided expertise to define the parameters for Solvecube AI platform’s matching engine and Solvecube score. Apart from overseeing India operations, he manages a team of RMs’ to deliver talent acquisition solutions, regionally, for Solvecube’s clients.
